What we do:
Our main focus is to set up, maintain and balance financial information for our clients. We do calculations and check financial transactions for clients, and we make sure good records are kept, according to best business practices. To accomplish this, we use QuickBooks, Peachtree and other computer software programs.
Specifically, we post journal entries and reconcile accounts, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements. We calculate and prepare checks for payrolls and other bills. And we complete and submit tax forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents. We also prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services and most importantly we prepare financial and accounting reports and go over them with you so you know exactly where you are and the direction your company is headed.
